Your role at RBI
- Optimizing existing processes - analyze structures, procedures, processes and derive action plans
- Structuring of data, affinity for data and experience with data visualization
- Defining of requirements
- Contact person for IT Development in the automation of existing processes
- Contact person for different stakeholders in process optimization for new products of the Staff Council, stakeholder management
- Implementing innovative Staff Council related projects
- General office support by providing a broad range of services for RBI employees
- Supporting the team in all activities
Your core competencies
- Experience in & excellent knowledge of process optimization
- Excellent IT knowledge with focus on digitalization
- Very good knowledge of all standard Microsoft Office products (incl. Excel, Macros, Access, SharePoint)
- Knowledge in agile frameworks and methods eg. Business Agility, Scrum, Kanban
- Ability to comprehend complex processes
- Analytical thinking
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced MS Office products such as Power Apps
- Experience in organizing events (onsite, online, hybrid)
