 Your role at RBI
  • Optimizing existing processes - analyze structures, procedures, processes and derive action plans 
  • Structuring of data, affinity for data and experience with data visualization
  • Defining of requirements
  • Contact person for IT Development in the automation of existing processes
  • Contact person for different stakeholders in process optimization for new products of the Staff Council, stakeholder management
  • Implementing innovative Staff Council related projects
  • General office support by providing a broad range of services for RBI employees
  • Supporting the team in all activities


Your core competencies

  • Experience in & excellent knowledge of process optimization
  • Excellent IT knowledge with focus on digitalization
  • Very good knowledge of all standard Microsoft Office products (incl. Excel, Macros, Access, SharePoint)
  • Knowledge in agile frameworks and methods eg. Business Agility, Scrum, Kanban
  • Ability to comprehend complex processes
  • Analytical thinking


Nice to have

  • Experience with advanced MS Office products such as Power Apps
  • Experience in organizing events (onsite, online, hybrid)
