Agile Delivery Manager for Cross IT Topics /
Cross-organizational Coordination (f/m/x)

The Agile Cross-Functional Acceleration Team is seeking for an experienced and collaborative Agile Delivery Manager to execute agile initiatives in various organizational areas within the RBI Group. Our team comprises of highly motivated professionals with hands-on mentality and strong affinity to agile methods. In this exciting role you coordinate the implementation of IT Cross Topics, align schedules and scope items with various Tribe Leads and Product Owners and ensure that the Cross IT Topics are prioritized and completed timely in respective delivery units. We expect solid leadership skills and a strong drive towards execution. What you can expect:
  • Have full end-to-end responsibility for the setup and implementation of Cross IT topics (e.g. initiatives or projects that affect typically multiple tribes from different divisions)
  • Cooperate with Tribe Leads, Product- & Business Owners and stakeholders to set and align delivery priorities across teams
  • Collaborate with various streams and departments to identify dependencies, risks, impacts and create a transparent structure for follow up activities
  • Coordinate communication with stakeholders of the product teams and across product streams to help maintain the big picture
  • Participate and contribute in reviewing and planning meeting of streams that are delivering scope items and value for your project
  • Manage projects which comprise all banking areas (retail, corporate, markets and treasury, risk, finance, regulatory) as well as pure IT focus
  • Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent teams from delivering on stated objectives
  • Report regularly to GPTS and other stakeholders

What you bring to the table:
  • University degree in a technical or economic field / proven comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years’ experience in project management (preferably agile & waterfall); ideally combined with experience in agile teams as Scrum Master, Team Member or Product Owner
  • Experience in running effective IT projects in complex organizations in financial services industry
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management and as representative of a project within an international organization
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and PMI framework
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Basic technical knowledge
  • Banking experience of advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • English language skills mandatory, German of advantage
