The Fairo app is designed to automate bookkeeping and taxes, issue invoices, keep track of one’s income and maximize time with pre-filled tax reports. Simply, the app allows freelancers to do the admin work easier, faster, and more efficiently. Our team joined forces with the best banking and legal partners to create the first all-in-one app solution. Just to give you a bit of background, Fairo is backed by Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI), one of the leading corporate and investment banks in Central and Eastern Europe and was officially launched in 2021 in Ukraine and is on the verge of tackling other European countries as well like Romania, Poland, Czech Republic. 
To further support our mission, we are currently seeking our new Business Development Manager who will extend our international team in Vienna, Austria. If you are a strategic thinker with commercial background and ability to contribute to broader business conversations, strong communicator with problem-solving and time management skills and able to thing out of the box we are excited to get to know you!

Your main objectives
  • Identify and drive new client acquisition in B2B segment
  • Qualify leads from different sources as viable sales opportunities
  • Present the company and the product to prospective clients
  • Identify client requirements and channel them to the relevant team
  • Seek new business opportunities in the market proactively
  • Establish long-term relationships with the clients
  • Responsible for the whole sales process from leads generation, opportunity engagement, qualification, to contracts and onboarding

Your skills
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of delivering against sales targets
  • Good understanding and knowledge of industry practices and business environment
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate the client, competitors, industry landscapes and make recommendations to drive profitability and gain market share
  • Fluent in English and Romanian (business level)
  • A modern thinker who looks to the future while ensuring practical, commercial outcomes are achieved in the present
