Credit Officer (f/m/x) – Asset-Based Transactions (Multinational Corporates & Institutional Clients)

we are looking for a credit officer with sound business know-how and intention to support the cooperation between clients, relationship managers, product managers and law firms with main focus on asset-based-finance transactions.

What you can expect:
  • Structuring and documentation of loan and collateral agreements
  • Coordination and cooperation with product and relationship managers, law firms and clients
  • (Inter)national finance agreements with large corporates and financial institutions
  • Credit agreements connected to various credit products (e.g. syndicated and bilateral loans, guarantee agreements, asset-based agreements, subscription credit facilities, secondary market transactions, risk participations, factoring)
  • Monitoring of credit transactions during lifetime
  • Participating in deal teams  

What you bring to the table:
  • University degree business administration or law
  • Experience in the banking industry
  • Experience in loan documentation and LMA (Loan Market Association) standards is of advantage
  • High drive to combine legal requirements with business interests in credit transactions
  • Excellent command of English and German
  • Preferably experience in working in agile teams
  • High level of initiative and solution orientation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Affinity for working with IT tools and programs, especially excel
