Customer Data Analytics Expert (f/m/x) - Digital Bank  

We create the new digital-only Retail banking business line as part of the Raiffeisen Bank International with the seat in Vienna. We are looking now for curious, hardworking and experienced team players to strengthen our team to build it up and later run the business. We are the team of professionals with a start-up culture in charge of one of largest digital innovation projects in our banking Group. We have plans to build new digital banking end-to-end customer journeys and plan to roll the service out across multiple CEE countries. First, you will drive the solution development by providing analysis, insights and requirements and later will take care of growing the business. We think, this is the unique, and maybe once per life opportunity, to build something new and great and be part of it as one of the first grounders.

What you can expect:
  • Develop and run customer data analytics for new digital e2e retail banking business line
  • Design and build up data analytics capability by striving for exceptional customer experience and engagement, attrition mitigation and up/x-sell at best benchmarks among digital banking solutions
  • Bring a deep understanding of customer digital behavior, preferences, struggles, event. complaints, thru analysis of prospect/customer data in pre-sale, loan origination and loan maintenance customer journeys
  • Set requirements, as a part of product backlog for IT delivery teams, to collect customer data, builds up data analytics technical infrastructure and tools enabling advanced way of data collection, storage, analysis and prompt event-based customer interactions within digital channels
  • Cooperate closely with Customer Engagement tribe and Advanced Data Analytics tribe configuring the data analytics infrastructure and the way respective intra-group services should be utilized
  • Set requirements to collect data in pre-sales and sales customer journey to track a single customer way thru the entire onboarding process, set data collection across multiple digital distribution channels as well as data collection in any later stage of customer life cycle
  • Set comprehensive advanced in App analytics and landing page/s web analytics to asses all customer digital touch points 
  • Construct funnel management improving conversions, derive learnings from in App and web analytics providing insights on customer digital journey and behavior
  • Collect, structure and analyse customer data also from 3rd parties, create a single view on a customer, discovers x-sell opportunities and triggers/events for an interaction with the customers
  • In a later stage, once significant customer base is reached: be in charge of data management and data advanced analytics, incl. predictive modelling
  • Master data quality, define data quality measures, continuously monitor data quality and propose remedial actions
  • Define data analytics strategy compliant with regulation (e.g. GDPR), act as the expert on legislation related to customer data collection
  • Propose and run event-based campaigns and A/B testing of digital touchpoints

What you bring to the table:
  • 5+ years of advanced data analytics practice, familiar with advanced data analytics techniques
  • Experience in data management, data analytics & CRM (both operational and analytical)
  • Experience in setup and operation of CRM / data analytics infrastructure
  • Command of tools and technologies, including App and Web analytics
  • Experience in operation of event-based customer interactions, A/B testing, sales funnel management
  • Knowledge of customer data protection regulations is an advantage
  • Digital Marketing experience is an advantage
  • Experience in retail banking / consumer lending business is an advantage
  • Fluent English
