 Your role at RBI  

  • Join our team to contribute to its main responsibilities of financial crime prevention, detection, investigation, and resolution in RBI and RBI Group (group steering) 
  • To continuously improve our RBI Group-wide Financial Crime Management (FCM) framework  
  • To monitor and analyse market standards, regulations as well as best practices with regards to FCM topics 
  • To perform standard FCM controls / investigation and monitoring activities, e.g., conflict of interest management and Know-Your-Business-Partner (KYBP) compliance checks 
  • To support special investigations and cooperating with regulatory and law enforcement authorities  
  • To create and support standard and special ad-hoc FCM reporting, incl. ensuring proper data and reporting quality for steering and regulatory purposes 
  • To contribute to continuous development and improvement of FCM processes and IT solutions with an end-to-end view, in line with evolving regulatory requirements, market standards and based on latest technologies 
  • To support RBI’s vision to become a data-driven organization by putting data and IT products in the centre of our decisions 


Your core competencies

  • Data is your passion and you bring in practical experience  
  • PowerBI / Power Automate experience of advantage 
  • High affinity to Counter-Fraud/Corruption Management, Risk Management and Compliance 
  • Innovative strength with interest in requirements engineering for IT solutions and analytical / data analytics skills with passion to communicate and collaborate closely with various stakeholders 
  • You are fluent in English; German is appreciated, but not mandatory; prior experience in CEE/SEE regions is advantageous
