Development & Change Manager (f/m/x) - Digital Bank

We create the new digital-only Retail banking business line as part of the Raiffeisen Bank International with the seat in Vienna. We are looking now for curious, hardworking and experienced team players to strengthen our team to build it up and later run the business. We are the team of professionals with a start-up culture in charge of one of largest digital innovation projects in our banking Group. We have plans to build new digital banking end-to-end customer journeys and plan to roll the service out across multiple CEE countries. First, you will drive the solution development by providing analysis, insights and requirements and later will take care of growing the business. We think, this is the unique, and maybe once per life opportunity, to build something new and great and be part of it as one of the first grounders.  

What you can expect: 
  • Set our Digital Bank business line development plan and the project management framework based on the Agile principles
  • Organize & set an agenda and lead the project meetings/sessions; in this respect act also as a deputy of Business Owner
  • Prepare inputs for senior management project governance meetings
  • Prepare comprehensive project status & progress reporting, maintain project master plan
  • Set and continuously improve cooperation standards and tools between Digital bank and the IT delivery teams; control fulfillment, identify and orchestrate deliveries
  • Prepare detailed Statement of Work (contract annex specifying scope of work) for the IT delivery team for each solution Release
  • Prepare options and evaluate their impact for critical project decisions to be made
  • Be in charge of new the business line successful integration/incorporation with RBI units & tribes
  • Cooperate with other RBI units & tribes on overall process / solution delivery verification and user acceptance testing
  • Act as enabler for the Digital bank team in driving vendor selection process forward, in cooperation with RBI procurement, legal, compliance and IT security

What you bring to the table:
  • 7+ years of experience in retail banking / financial-services industry
  • 5+ years of project/change management experience in a leading role
  • Experience with working in an agile set up
  • Experience in setting up and steering larger projects or innovative initiatives
  • Solid communication and leadership skills to prepare reports/materials for senior management, conducting deals and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders
  • Digital savvy, great orientation in digital/neo banking industry and recent financial innovations
  • Experience in consumer lending industry is an advantage
  • Experience in processes design is an advantage
  • Know-how in general bank steering and reporting topics is an advantage
  • Fluent English; other CEE language is an advantage
