 Your role at RBI

  • You will work closely with different stakeholders within the RBI group to support conversion rate optimization along the digital acquisition funnel  
  • You will analyze existing websites and landing pages, and also help create new ones 
  • You will create hypotheses, setup, execute and analyze A/B tests and derive conclusions to optimize lead CVRs on different landing pages 
  • Performance marketers will fuel digital touchpoints you optimize with new traffic and you will work closely with them and exchange on a regular basis to ensure a seamless customer experience across these touchpoints 
  • You will work closely with our CMS and Marketing Technology team to drive our tooling setup around landing page optimization and help shaping needed CMS components with the insights and data you collect while testing 
  • You will get to work on websites and web products while also working closely with colleagues optimizing mobile acquisition and all related CVRs 
  • You will get the chance to shape our strategic approach to customer acquisition for new products up to 1 year prior to launch 
  • You will support us in shaping the future of Digital Customer Acquisition moving forward and further down the funnel 
  • You will work closely with colleagues from our Data Team to ensure data and tracking accuracy across the different digital touchpoints and foster a data-driven approach to optimization within the Group Marketing division 
  • You will join our cross-functional and multicultural team, profiting from insights of other disciplines such as Social Media, Data and Performance and contribute with your knowledge on conversion rate optimization and full funnel optimization to up our marketing game 


Your core competencies

  • Degree in Online Media, Digital Marketing, Marketing or a related field 
    3+ years of experience in conversion rate or full funnel optimization and a proven track record managing A/B tests end to end (from hypothesis creation to analysis and documentation) 
  • Profound know-how and experience in optimizing web funnels 
  • First encounters with optimizing mobile funnels is a plus 
  • Profound understanding of A/B testing, related testing tools and different CMS tools  
  • Deep understanding about tracking capabilities, usability criteria and website evaluation 
  • Advanced reporting skills (including Excel) that allow you to create reports and explain them to less data-savvy colleagues 
  • A curious mind that stays on top of industry standards and trends  
  • Proactivity and the eagerness to learn while shaping our division-wide understanding of a data-driven mindset 
  • Strong organization and time-management skills 
  • Proficiency in German and English (both min. C1 level), both written and spoken
