- Support cross-functional / end-to-end efficiency agenda at Raiffeisen Bank International
- Plan, lead and execute efficiency initiatives with the objective to win and safeguard productivity advances and subsequent cost reductions within the organization
- Act as Professional with the objective of fostering & strengthening of cross-functional / end-to-end efficiency performance
What we offer:
- Previous process management experience required – certification preferred e.g. SPcM
- Product/process knowledge in Operations / Corporate / Retail or in an organizational unit
- Experience with team coordination and with interfacing at senior management level.
- Excellent English language skills mandatory, German and/or CEE language skills are a strong plus
- Strong prioritization and planning skills
- Experience of optimization / digitization tools a plus
- Willingness and ambition to drive process and cultural change; ability to challenge authority and speak up
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management
- Perseverance and focus on delivering results
- Understanding of Internal Control System an asset
