Junior Investment Manager (f/m/x) - Elevator Ventures

Your role at Elevator Ventures:

 

As a Junior Investment Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our investment team and contribute to all stages of the investment lifecycle:

  • Deal Flow & Analysis
    • Screen, analyze, and track pipeline deals
    • Prepare investment recommendations and presentations
    • Support financial modeling, market research, and due diligence
  • Transaction Execution
    • Assist in the execution of transactions and valuation activities
    • Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders
  • Portfolio & Entrepreneur Support
    • Support entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses, ideally in cooperation with the Raiffeisen Banking Group
    • Contribute to portfolio management, including reporting, meeting preparation, and strategic support

 

Your profile:

 

We’re looking for a curious and driven team player who is eager to grow in the world of venture capital. Ideally, you have:

  • A completed Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Innovation, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, investment, consulting, or innovation (VC or FinTech experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical thinking and financial modeling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, ERP systems and AI prompting
  • A proactive, structured, and independent working style
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Fluency in English (German or a CEE language is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
