Your role at Elevator Ventures:
As a Junior Investment Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our investment team and contribute to all stages of the investment lifecycle:
- Deal Flow & Analysis
- Screen, analyze, and track pipeline deals
- Prepare investment recommendations and presentations
- Support financial modeling, market research, and due diligence
- Transaction Execution
- Assist in the execution of transactions and valuation activities
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders
- Portfolio & Entrepreneur Support
- Support entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses, ideally in cooperation with the Raiffeisen Banking Group
- Contribute to portfolio management, including reporting, meeting preparation, and strategic support
Your profile:
We’re looking for a curious and driven team player who is eager to grow in the world of venture capital. Ideally, you have:
- A completed Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Innovation, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, investment, consulting, or innovation (VC or FinTech experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, ERP systems and AI prompting
- A proactive, structured, and independent working style
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English (German or a CEE language is a plus)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
