Service Manager – Data Warehouse (f/m/x)
Your mission at RBI
- Support the Product Owner and the team to stay compliant to our internal directives without compromising our agile setup
- Continuously shape the service scope with the Product Owner according to the Platform Design
- Responsible for service level management and reviews towards our customers
- Responsible for maintaining and updating our SLAs
- Responsible for the creation of Process descriptions according to our IT Process Framework and IT Controls
- Positively influence our governance teams towards agility
- Support IT Security compliance
- Creation of reports and ad-hoc documentation
Your core competencies
- 3+ years prior working experience as Service Manager or similar enterprise IT role
- The ability to bridge the world of compliance with our agile philosophy
- Adequate technical and/or economic education (e.g., business informatics, informatics)
- Experience with agile projects and application management
- Understanding of public cloud service offerings
- Familiar with documentation in tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow and AdoIT
Nice to have
- The ability to cooperate with many stakeholders
- Interest in new technologies (Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Data warehousing…)

- Salary: the offered gross yearly salary starting at 60.000,- Euro (basis full-time) including overtime
