Your mission at RBI
- Provide expert guidance on the RBI Databricks platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and frameworks.
- Collaborate with platform users to understand their needs, translate them into business requirements, and facilitate alignment with the development team.
- Develop a deep understanding of cloud environments and processes, guiding the deployment and maintenance of scalable and efficient data solutions.
- Propose strategies to integrate Databricks with data sources, ensuring seamless interoperability and data consistency for GenAI model applications.
- Act as a technical liaison between users and the platform, prioritizing projects, use cases, and training initiatives.
- Educate and train users on best practices for successful adoption and utilization of platform solutions in data engineering and data science projects.
Your core competencies
- Familiarity with Databricks or similar cloud platforms in an enterprise context and their integration into complex data environments.
- Proven experience with data engineering and data science workflows, including ETL processes and MLOps practices.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, services, and best practices, including experience in cloud cost management.
- Experience in developing and deploying GenAI models or familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Understanding of IT security in an enterprise context.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively communicate these to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing the ability to train and empower users to make effective use of Databricks.

- Salary: the offered gross yearly salary starting 70.000 (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.)
