IT Business Analyst / Application Manager for Rating Delivery (f/m/x)


You will assume the role of Business Analyst and Application Manager for the Rating Delivery TRIBE, focusing on innovation and operational (DevOps) activities within non-retail rating. Given the significance of customer rating as a key product for the bank, your pivotal role within our scrum team involves delivering and maintaining stakeholder needs. You will be an integral part of a highly successful and dedicated international team.

 Your role  

  • Prioritize stable operations and efficient value delivery following agile principles
  • Conduct requirements analysis/engineering to design and test implementations, encompassing an end-to-end view of the Rating Workflow, its life cycle, and technical processing
  • Proactively communicate and align with various stakeholders (IT and Business) and Vendors
  • Analyze and document business requirements, change requests, and business processes
  • Structure and break down the backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner

Your core competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in database management, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and other systems, with a focus on composing SQL statements and conducting data analysis.
  • Demonstrated track record as an Application Manager or Business Analyst
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (DevOps/Scrum/Kanban) and related tools (JIRA/Confluence)
  • Know-how in the area of IT-Service-Management and IT Infrastructure

  • Banking Business knowledge is an added value.
