IT Business Analyst / Application Manager for Rating Delivery (f/m/x)


You will work as a Business Analyst and Application Manager for the Rating Delivery TRIBE. The main requirements are related to innovation and operation (DevOPs) activities of non-retail rating. Customer rating is a very important product for the bank and you will act in a crucial role for our scrum- / kanban team to deliver and maintain the needs of our stakeholders. You will be part of a very successful and committed international team.

 Your mission at RBI

  • Focused on stable operations and delivery of value in an efficient way following the agile principles  
  • Perform requirements analyses to designing and testing the implementation as part of operations and innovations (having an e2e view on the Rating Workflow, it’s life cycle and it’s technical processing) 
  • Pro-active communication and alignment with various stakeholders (IT and Business) and Vendors 
  • Analyzing and documenting business requirements, change requests and business processes 
  • Structuring and breaking down the backlog with the Product Owner 


Your core competencies

  • Knowledge about databases (e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL, or others) especially writing SQL statements and perform data analysis. 
  • Work experience as an Application Manager/Business Analyst 
  • Experience with agile working methodologies (Dev-Ops/Scrum/Kanban) and tools (JIRA/Confluence) 
  • Know-how in the area of IT-Service-Management and IT Infrastructure 
  • Structured way of working for documentation and creation of user stories
  • Very good command of English


Nice to have

  • Banking Business knowledge is an added value. 
  • Any Cloud (AWS/ Azure) knowledge is an added value.
