IT Business Analyst for Certificates and Equity Trading (f/m/x)
Join our Agile Delivery Certificates and Equities team at RBI and play a crucial role in delivering innovative IT solutions that streamline and support our Raiffeisen Certificates and Equities business processes. As a Business Analyst and IT Consultant you are responsible for breaking down diverse complex and volatile business challenges into meaningful pieces, which can be built by the team in an agile way. You are part of the product team located in Vienna and work with traditional and state of the art technologies.

Your mission at RBI
- Assist product owners in creating epics and user stories, as well as in structuring, backlog breakdown, and decision-making.
- Work in close collaboration with software and test engineers to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented into high-quality product features.
- Supervise the complete product delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and product goals, while effectively managing timelines and risks.
- Conducting requirements engineering and business analysis within an adaptive/agile organizational framework.
- Empower the product team by engaging with stakeholders and governance teams, serving as a value-adding facilitator for our agile team.
Your core competencies
- Deep understanding of Business Analysis and / or requirements engineering within a financial or banking sector.
- Highly proficient in communication and coordination, with a B-2 level proficiency in stakeholder engagement and presentations.
- Hands-on experience in crafting user stories and defining acceptance criteria, including road mapping.
- Good understanding of banking processes end to end.
- Requirements gathering from IT teams and translate them to the business needs in agile environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and especially Derivatives Products.

- Salary: the offered gross yearly salary ranges starting 75.000 EUR (basis full-time) (including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.)
