IT Business Analyst for Certificates and Equity Trading (f/m/x)
Your mission at RBI
- Assist product owners in creating epics and user stories, as well as in structuring, backlog breakdown, and decision-making.
- Work in close collaboration with software and test engineers to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented into high-quality product features.
- Supervise the complete product delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and product goals, while effectively managing timelines and risks.
- Conducting requirements engineering and business analysis within an adaptive/agile organizational framework.
- Empower the product team by engaging with stakeholders and governance teams, serving as a value-adding facilitator for our agile team.
Your core competencies
- Deep understanding of Business Analysis and / or requirements engineering within a financial or banking sector.
- Highly proficient in communication and coordination, with a B-2 level proficiency in stakeholder engagement and presentations.
- Hands-on experience in crafting user stories and defining acceptance criteria, including road mapping.
- Good understanding of banking processes end to end.
- Requirements gathering from IT teams and translate them to the business needs in agile environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and especially Derivatives Products.

- Salary: the offered gross yearly salary ranges starting 75.000 EUR (basis full-time) (including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.)
