IT Infrastructure Governance Manager (f/m/x) for Shared Services Centers

RBI is maintaining several Shared Service Centers (SSC) which provide processing services to RBIs international network. You will be working in a department of RBI which is responsible for steering these SSC in Bratislava, Romania and Ukraine. A new function shall create the link between IT related functions in Head Office (HO) and the SSC. The small international team is based in Vienna and business travels will occur on a rare base (ca. 12 times a year).

 Your mission at RBI

  • Collaborate with respective tech and non-tech Head Office units in RBI IT/IT Delivery, IT Security, IT Risk and IT operations service provider to set and maintain IT infrastructure standards for the SSC
  • Orchestrate respective stakeholders demands to SSC, maintaining and reflecting SSC interests
  • Prepare and align proposals for SSC IT infrastructure initiatives and monitor progress and effectiveness of their implementation
  • Set up and execute SSC implementation projects in close cooperation with SSC and HO stakeholders
  • Monitor, manage and improve the resilience level of SSC together with IT Security and Resilience
  • Provide central guidance for SSC in the co-ordination of matters with HO stakeholders and support SSC in the communication with HO stakeholders and mitigate in escalations

Your core competencies

  • Proven work experience for several years in an enterprise IT landscape
  • Advanced experience in IT infrastructure management or operations
  • Advanced knowledge in IT infrastructure topics like network, operating systems, security, database administration
  • Knowledge in deployment, application management as well as principles and practices in project-management
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and IT operations management
  • Sound communication skills in English to negotiate and communicate with all levels of management

  • Salary: the offered gross yearly salary starts from 70.000,- Euro (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
