IT Strategy Specialist (m/w/x)
Your mission at RBI
- Participating in set up of Group IT Strategy and the definition of the IT Strategic Roadmap in collaboration with senior stakeholders, expert topic leads and Group Strategy division.
- Supporting local teams in the local Network Banks with IT Strategy definition and regular updates
- Working closely with with the CIO/COO and B-1s across the Group
- Developing a strategic planning, monitoring, and management process with our Management Team, based on defined KPIs and the existing Transformation mechanism
- Implementing an OKRs management module across the Group to enhance the current alignment mechanism and bring transparency
- Redefining and improving the Group IT Dialogue (GITD) process with HO & Network Units.
- Take over responsibility for follow ups and execution of specific topics defined in the overall IT strategy
Your core competencies
- Degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field would be well-suited for this role
- Relevant work experience in IT strategy, project management, leadership roles and / or consulting background
- Strong knowledge of IT strategy and planning - including experience with the development and implementation of IT strategic roadmaps
- Experience with OKRs: The candidate should have experience in setting, tracking, and measuring Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), as well as experience with OKR software tools
- Leadership skills: be able to influence and motivate others towards achieving common goals
- Technical expertise: good understanding of IT infrastructure, architecture, and emerging technologies

- Salary: the offered gross yearly salary starts at EUR 70.000 Euro (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.)
