Integrated Risk Reporting Analyst (f/m/x)


We are a cross-functional team which acts in the core of the risk management. On the one hand, we are servicing our (senior) management with information to steer the bank; on the other hand we are continuously enhancing the reporting infrastructure to enable a comprehensive steering. In addition, we handle areas as the ESG reporting & disclosure and the Special Exposure Management / Workout controlling activities. 

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a proactive team player with an agile mindset as well as high motivation and ambition to learn, shape and teach.

 Your role at RBI

  • Internal credit risk reporting for senior management, risk and business stakeholders as well as regulatory credit risk reporting
  • Qualitative and quantitative credit portfolio analysis
  • Identification of concentrations, developments and other areas of concern in Group portfolio
  • Preparation of Supervisory Board, CROs and Investor Relation materials/reports
  • Ad-hoc reporting concerning credit risk related requests by internal audit and external supervisors/auditors
  • Implement modern BI tools for offering a seamless user experience for our reports
  • Development and operations of state-of-the-art risk reporting infrastructure
  • Active participation in strategic projects in the risk area


Your core competencies

  • University degree with specialization in risk, finance or IT with quantitative background or similar education
  • Good understanding of business model as well as know-how of banking products; know-how in Special Exposure Management / Workout is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in data analysis and data mining
  • Technical skills: SQL, Python or R basic to medium skills, modern BI tools (e.g. Power BI) being a plus, Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in English is a must, German and additional languages are appreciated
