International Premium Banking Leader (f/m/d)

International Premium & Private Banking division has the segment responsibility for the Affluent & Private Banking segments, the steering of the Retail Investment Product Distribution, Bank Assurance as well as Retail Balance Sheet Management.

What you can expect:
  • Overall responsibility for the Affluent Banking Segment’s P&L
  • Budgeting, planning and analysis of the segment specific KPIs and financials
  • Regular follow-up with NWBs on performance & development
  • Lead the Affluent segment agenda in RBI head office
  • Support development of the alternative distribution channels in the Affluent Banking and contribute to the growth of our client base
  • Continuously drive our distribution network towards the best customer experience
  • Proactively search, share & distribute international best-practices & key affluent trends
  • Actively participate in cross-divisional projects
  • Ensure the NWBs client and advisory focused approach towards the affluent clients
  • Value proposition in Affluent Banking segment within the network
  • Provide practical and strategic guidance on setting up the Affluent Banking sales force
  • Develop and improve the holistic financial advice concepts and processes 

What you bring to the table:
  • 10 years of experience in Financial Service Industry/ Retail Banking
  • Experience in leading (agile) change management projects
  • Experience in managing Affluent and/or Private Banking in CEE/SEE
  • Able to work with the teams distributed across countries and functions 
  • Superior tactical skills
