Internship (f/m/x) – Digital Performance and User Research in Digital Business & Omnichannel Experience Division

Are you interested in what drives users’ behavior or what does mean performance in digital banking? Are you available to support us fulltime for 6 months? Do you want to join us as soon as possible? Then keep on reading!

What you can expect:
  • Assist & support tracking of digital performance in retail banking: digital sales, activation of MB apps, usage of MB apps
  • Collaborate with internal business, network banks and external partners
  • Support on drafting user researches plans to explore, investigate or test hypothesis
  • Learn how to shape various types of users research, from exploration to usability tests
  • Learn how to analyze information, shape insights, and formulate conclusions

What you bring to the table:
  • Active studies in the area of data analysis, business analysis or UX design
  • Good data analysis skills
  • Good communications & writing skills
  • Experience with UX design research is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of English, any other CEE language is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and fast acquisition of new knowledge & skills
