Internship (f/m/x) - ECM

Embark on a dynamic internship opportunity with our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team, where you will immerse yourself in the exciting world of financial markets! Gain hands-on experience in structuring and executing equity transactions, including Initial Public Offerings, Capital Increases, and more, while collaborating with industry experts who will mentor you in navigating the complexities of the capital market. • Supporting with market and industry analysis
• Preparing company profiles/teasers and other marketing documents regarding IPOs and Capital Increases
• Assisting in the preparation of pitch documents, reports, information memoranda, and data rooms
• Supporting with company valuations and benchmarking
• Coordinating/cooperating with other Raiffeisen Group companies across the CEE region 

We are looking for someone who

• Has advanced studies in Business Administration or related courses, focusing on finance, accounting, investment management, and/or mathematics/statistics/physics
• Demonstrates strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills combined with the willingness and ability to learn quickly
• Possesses an ambitious, hard-working, and self-driven attitude
• Is fluent in English (verbal and written), with proficiency in German and/or an Eastern European language considered advantageous
• Ideally brings relevant job experience (internships or similar)
• Exhibits excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
• Is a flexible team player with interpersonal skills
• Holds EU nationality or has a valid work permit for Austria
• Commits to required regular office presence
