Internship (f/m/x) - Innovation Management (38.5h/week)
Organizational Innovation is working at the pulse of the latest innovation & transformation activities of the Raiffeisen Bank International. Our goal is to help RBI to be an organization that systematically innovates. We help it innovate on how we do business today and leverage opportunities that create the business of tomorrow.

Your role with us on the team
- Gain insights about the latest innovation initiatives & programs within the HO and our CEE network banks
- Support the innovation eco-system development and thereby learn more about innovation management techniques & methods
- Possibility to assist in particular innovation topics
- Experience & practice different agile and innovation management tools
- Interact & collaborate with multiple stakeholders involved in innovation activities including Business Lines, IT, Operations and HR
- Prepare, facilitate & document workshops and meetings
- Handle different administrative activities (meeting scheduling and coordination, etc.)
We are looking for someone who
- Is currently enrolled in a graduate/postgraduate university program
- Has an interest in innovation management
- Ideally has first working experience in corporate environment or start-up scene
- Is familiar with project management methods and approaches
- Has good working knowledge of MS Office; advanced PowerPoint skills
- Has an independent workstyle, innovative mindset, flexibility & proactivity
- Has a Team-player mentality with a strong focus on collaboration and transparency
- Is fluent in both written/spoken English, CEE language and/or German is a plus
