Organisational Development Professional (f/m/x)

We are searching for an Organisational Development Professional focusing on the people side of change in transformations. That means contributing holistically to planning, preparing, delivering, and implementing a set of strategies and actions to effectively manage changes. This role offers the possibility to learn from the end-to-end transformation processes and to contribute as part of the transformation team in the transition of the leaders and employees in a people centric way.

 Your role at RBI

  • Setup, support and deliver impactful organizational development measures in  transformations to implement changes, be it in roles and responsibilities, ways of working, structures, processes, leadership, mindset and culture
  • Contribute to organizational change initiatives of various sizes and caliber from a project management and change management perspective in cooperation with other Transformation and HR experts
  • Analyze business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources as part of the Organisational Development initiatives, and derive action plans and programs
  • Design change management measures e.g. change story creation and communication and facilitate the implementation together with the client  
  • Track and analyze impact of the change and identify and prepare improvement measures towards better acceptance of the change
  • Advise and coach leaders on various levels on Organizational Development and Change Management


Your core competencies

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a relevant field e.g. organizational psychology, organizational development or business administration preferred
  • Practical experience in Organizational Development, Change Management and/or Human Resources Management, either in Coaching or Consulting business or in a large corporate
  • Experience in banking, financial industry, or comparable large corporate environment in supporting teams/ workstreams in transformation programs
  • Knowledge in agile frameworks and methods e.g., Business Agility, Scrum, Kanban is an advantage
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), facilitation and active listening skills in English, German is a plus
