Payment Cards Business Analyst / Transformation Manager (m/f/x)

RBI is acting as issuer for Credit Cards in Austria providing all Raiffeisen Banks with Credit Card products for their retail clients. As Payment Cards Project Manager you will be responsible for Card related projects and subsequent third level support. You will be working in a department which is responsible for providing shared services for RBIs bank network internationally.

Your tasks:

  • Perform business analysis in credit cards area, turn requirements into change requests
  • Prepare business cases and propose solutions, monitor the resolution progress
  • Maintain the requirements pipeline and priorities for change
  • Initiate, plan and execute projects in both predictive and agile setups
  • Coordinate and monitor the work of various vendors involved in cards projects and operations
  • Act as a point of contact for Visa and Mastercard and manage related scheme projects
  • Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support partners such as IT and shared service centers
  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organisation's overall goals
  • Safeguard the daily operation in managing/investigating operational incidents

Your qualifications:

  • College degree in management, business administration, business informatics, computer science or equivalent
  • Fluent German is a pre-requisite, advanced level of English
  • Strong experience in business analysis
  • Experience in financial services, preferably card business relevant product experience (payment services, acquiring, issuing, Mastercard, Visa, mobile payments)
  • Information technology skills (Excel, VBA, XML, RStudio, Altova Mapforce, software requirement definitions, application life cycle management)
  • Project management principles and practices (PMI, IPMA or Prince2 certification preferred but not mandatory)
  • Requirements Engineering (IREB certification preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in organisational effectiveness and operations & process management
  • Knowledge of Agile Process is a plus
  • Analytical skills, quick comprehension of new topics
  • Structured approach and agile mindset
  • Communication and presentation skills
