People Generalist (f/m/x)

In this position you will deliver independently „End to End “(E2E) Standard Employee-Life-Time Event administration (eg. Hire/Entry, Change in Pay and/or Working time, Salary Increases, Individual Agreements, Part-time-Reintegration, Part-time Retirement, Leave of Absences, Terminations and Organizational changes).

 Your role at RBI

  • prepare and issue employment contracts and other relevant documents for Standard and Non-Standard Employee Life-Time-Events, in accordance with labor law, Group Directives and Guidelines
  • enter and maintain employee data into the HR Systems
  • answer independently employee requests on HR matters
  • work closely with all People Generalists to deliver HR services and topics in an agile set-up
  • be in close cooperation with People Consultants and deliver on request also non-Standard solutions for Employee-Life-Time-Events
  • assume the role of subject matter expert for one/more HR topics (eg. Time & Attendance, Maternity, Entry/Leave, Reports, Jira, etc.) within the People Generalist stream.


Your core competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Proven all-round expertise in employee life-time-events
  • High affinity to details and systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365, ideally SAP HR system
  • Knowledge of Austrian Labor law and Payroll
  • Solution oriented (“Make it happen” attitude)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, other CEE language is an advantage


Nice to have

  • Agile mindset, team player in collaborative set-up, hands-on-mentality and eager to take over responsibility
  • Jira/Confluence experience is of advantage
  • Work passionate to ensure excellent Employee Experience
