People Strategy Partner (f/m/x) – Employee Listening (12 months limited contract)

What you can expect: 
 
As a People Strategy Partner, you will evolve and execute our employee listening strategy in collaboration with colleagues, executives, and stakeholders. With data being the foundation of our people strategies and initiatives, your focus is to ensure that employee feedback is acknowledged and addressed throughout their journey with us. You act as an advocate for the voice of the employee, integrating feedback into decision-making processes to foster a culture of continuous listening and engagement.

 Your role at RBI

  • Perform and manage the annual engagement survey process for Head Office, collaborating with colleagues to support the business in the operational execution 
  • Analyze company-wide survey results to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for enhancing engagement and satisfaction
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and action planning sessions to address survey outcomes and improve employee experiences 
  • Develop and execute the employee listening strategy, incorporating various feedback channels 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement targeted initiatives that respond to employee feedback and enhance the employee experience 
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of initiatives 


Your core competencies

  • Experience in designing questionnaires and aligning them with key stakeholders’ needs 
  • Expertise in gathering, analyzing and translating employee feedback into clear and concise recommendations and targeted initiatives 
  • Proficiency in facilitating discussions, workshops, and action planning sessions 
  • Ability to present survey findings to senior leaders effectively  
  • Commitment to enhancing existing frameworks with mindful, incremental improvements 
  • Professional working proficiency in English 


Nice to have 

  • Experience working with online employee listening platforms such as Medallia  
  • German language skills
