Professional Cost Manager (m/f)


Your tasks:
 
  • Actively monitors and reviews the cost management performance of the CEE Net Work Units in his/her area of cost-expertise, especially IT costs
  • Responsibility throughout the budget process for proper estimation of demand and cost /investment impact
  • Permanent tracking of IT project developments and volumes
  • Challenges IT business case assumptions and impact on KPIs
  • Identifies synergies and cost reduction potentials
  • Defines cost relevant KPIs / KPI framework for IT related costs
  • Supports a smooth and close cooperation between Cost management, budget owners and Controlling

Desired Skills and Experience:
 
  • University degree / Master of Business Administration / Master in Banking & Finance / Master in IT Business Science or similar
  • Minimum 5 years practical experience in Controlling/Finance Management in a bank, industrial company or Finance related Consulting Company, International experience mandatory
  • Capable of supporting the execution of cost savings programmes; proven track record in achieving cost targets in complex organisations
  • Good understanding of business processes and environment; ability to critically challenge business counter-parts, especially in IT environment
  • Very strong analytical skills; ability to quickly understand and structure complex facts and cases (e.g. complex business case calculations)
  • Structured, solution- and result-oriented working style, teamplaaer
  • Strong communication and convincing skills; ability to confidently interact on top management level
  • Experience in IT Cost Management/IT Controlling or experience in an IT-organisation with a solid understanding of the banking industry
  • Very good command of English and German
