Professional Group Regulatory Affairs Manager (f/m/x)

The Group Data Privacy and Quality Governance department drives and manages the Data Privacy and Data Governance Strategy and implements it in RBI Group. We intensely collaborate with our peers in RBI Headoffice (HO), Network Units (NWUs) and Austrian Subsidiaries and together ensure compliance with respective regulatory requirements.

We are looking for an ambitious Professional Group Regulatory Affairs Manager (f/m/x) for at least 25 hours per week, with solid knowledge in data protection, acting as an enabler for our stakeholders in RBI Group.

 Your role at RBI

  • You manage the fulfilment of Data Subject Rights and Data Breaches acc. to the GDPR
  • You guide and facilitate existing tribes and new initiatives in RBI HO to comply with the GDPR
  • You are responsible for the Records of Processing Activities according to the GDPR
  • You raise awareness and train colleagues to act in compliance with the GDPR
  • You act as a responsible contact person in the subject matter and ensure strong collaboration with our stakeholders in RBI Group


Your core competencies

  • Professional and/or academic experience in data protection and solid knowledge of the relevant regulations in particularl GDPR 
  • Team player with strong service orientation and high level of commitment
  • Result-oriented and structured way of working 
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge in English


Nice to have

  • University degree with legal background 
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an asset
