The Corporate Customer Mid Office is looking for a

Professional Sales Service Manager – for the Transactional Desk (f/m/x)

What you can expect:
  • Servicing Corporate Customers in daily business issues, transactional financing requests and solving problems arising during the ongoing customer relationship in co-ordination
  • with experienced members of your team resp. the responsible relationship manager
  • Management of allocated customer portfolio in close connection with the responsible relationship manager of the Natural Resources & Utilities industries, requiring financings on transactional basis
  • (mainly international commodity traders)
  • Close cooperation with various RBI Matrix partners (eg Trade Finance, CCME, Compliance, Legal, CDS ) to execute transactional facilities under Uncommitted Lines
  • Responsible for analyzing customer inquiries/assessing the financing need of the customer in the area of transactional financing under existing credit lines
  • Management of the monitoring of financed transactions during their entire lifetime
  • Contribution to and review of legal documentation and operational implementation
  • General support of the co-working unit NRU in all relevant aspects of structuring and developing processes relating to financing on transactional basis 
  • Support customer onboardings and account openings in accordance with Compliance (AML/FISA/Fraud/FATCA/CRS, etc.) and WAG/MIFID requirements
  • Being responsible for Data management and Data quality assurance

What you bring to the table:
  • Profound business education (HAK, HLW) or higher education in business studies or related courses
  • Fundamental working experience (at least 2-3 yrs) in the banking environment preferable in the field of trade finance
  • Dedication to provide excellent customer services and solutions
  • Proactivity, hands-on mentality, solution-oriented personality
  • Resistancy to stress and time pressure
  • Ability to work in an international team and shows high team spirit
  • Readiness to take decisions based on her/his level of experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent English; German is compulsory and Russian is highly appreciated
