Reporting Specialist for an Austrian Subsidiary(f/m/x)

What you can expect:
  • Execution of technical operations to ensure reporting activities using ABACUS and SVENSON platform
  • Working on specialist and agile projects with strong IT connection, e.g. implementation of changes for the EBA Reporting Framework and Cube Reporting
  • Participation and active contribution through decisions on further developing a common data model and integrated reporting platform
  • Affinity to IT issues and the ability to work on technical solutions
  • Analyzing and evaluating regulatory data content and identify anomalies
  • Continuously improving end-to-end delivery capabilities for reporting solutions
  • Assessment and implementation of new regulatory and business requirements in the reporting process from technical point of view

What you bring to the table:
  • University degree or similar education with IT and data management background
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking industry and regulatory reporting preferable
  • Knowledge of business processes in Accounting & Reporting - IFRS and UGB reporting knowledge for banks and its effects on regulatory reporting preferable
  • Strong skills for building databases are required including data preparation and loading processes
  • Experience with ABACUS and SVENSON platform preferable but not necessary
  • Knowledge of banking regulations like CRR, CRD, EBA policies and BWG
  • Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working with the ability to abstract and concentrate on the big picture
  • Highly self-motivated, independent and a strong team player
  • Ability to work within an agile and multicultural environment
  • Fluent German and (of advantage) English
