Retail Digital Banking Manager (f/m)

The Retail Digital Banking Manager specifies and implements RBI’s Retail Digital strategy and enables our Network Banks (NWBs) to anticipate, exploit, and react to the digital evolution on the local markets. She/he supports and accelerates the rollout of digital banking capabilities (e.g. mobile banking, digital payments, analytics, digital sales and services) and disseminates knowledge and best practices in a structured manner. In this function she/he reports to the Division Head of International Retail Online Banking.

What you can expect:
  • Contribute and support development and implementation of RBI’s Retail Strategy for the Digital Age
  • Support and coordinate NWBs in developing their specific digital banking strategies cascaded down from RBI’s Group strategy, and articulate their digital banking agendas for 3-5 years
  • Measure and steer Digital Banking performance based on a viable reporting framework and unified business KPIs
  • Scout, evaluate and implement innovation in group and local online channels; drive digital evolution of RBI Retail across all NWBs
  • Ownership for selected digital products or services in an agile organisation
  • Act as an expert in a specific set of digital banking areas with a strong focus on creating seamless online experiences
  • Keep up-to-date with knowledge related to the driving forces on retail digital banking: changing consumer behavior, fast evolving technology and newly revised regulations
  • Best practice sharing and training of local teams in NWBs with regards to relevant innovation and ways of working
  • Lead by example when fostering a culture of customer centricity and agile mindset across the group
What you bring to the table:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international digital business environment, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, able to tackle very complex issues
  • Ability to learn very fast, agile and open mindset
  • Preferably a bachelor or master degree in technical or economic studies
  • Strong background in both customer facing functions as well as IT & Operations
  • Fluent in English, German or any CEE Language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% (CEE region)
