Retail Finance & Investment Manager (f/m/x)

We are seeking a skilled Finance & Investment Manager to join our dynamic Retail team. In this role, you are responsible for supporting the development and profitability of Retail Group solutions, the distribution of overall Retail Wallet and the coordination of the Retail business line OPEX. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of retail banking business (operations) as well as strong finance controlling skills.

 Your role at RBI

  • You are acting as the main point of contact regarding the Retail Wallet, Products-as-a-Service profitability, GPTS, portfolio mapping/ steering as well as Retail AT Line budget. 
  • You are driving the annual budgeting process on behalf of Retail for the development of group solutions as well as resource allocation in NWBs. 
  • You are responsible for driving and challenging the profitability of Retail Group Solutions (i.e. Products-as-a-Service) incl. definition and validation of business impact.  
  • You are acting as a SPOC for the NWB portfolio mapping and identification of conflicting investments, aligning transition roadmaps and resource commitments. 
  • You are driving the pipeline, demand and exit management of Group solution development from a financial perspective. This includes the financial approval process towards key stakeholders in Retail and RBI group (GPTS/ Group Portfolio Transparency & Steering, Group Finance, Group Investment Controlling etc. and NWBs). 
  • You are our counterpart to GPTS in portfolio steering, including preparation of Quarterly Performance Review (Portfolio Days) on solution level and Quarterly Retail Portfolio Review on overall Retail level.  


Your core competencies

  • Excellent budgeting and financial management capabilities like comprehensive profitability- and ROI impact analysis. 
  • Good understanding of Retail banking business (operations) and products. 
  • Competent in project management and process optimization with an excellent skill in stakeholder management 
  • Language: English, German is a Plus
