• Ensure that your agile teams adhere the agile framework theories, practices, and rules (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Frameworks)
• Coach and guide the agile teams in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure the continuous workflow of the team
• Support the Product Owner regarding the backlog maintenance
• Enhance the communication within the team and with stakeholders 

Your core competencies

• At least 3 years of experience as Scrum Master in cross-functional teams, any related certification will be a plus
• Strong understanding of agile principles and theory, especially in Scrum and Kanban
• In-depth understanding of software development and lifecycle
• Agile digital Toolset: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Retro Software
• Good communication skills in English are mandatory, German is a plus
