Your mission at RBI
- Act as a scrum master one or more agile teams of the tribe
- Be a contributing member of the Tribe Leadership
- Develop and improve concepts around cross-team collaboration, IT delivery, BUS/IT operations and process optimization for the whole tribe
- Coach and support the Product Owners in planning and prioritizing demands in their backlogs
- Track and report project progress, ensuring transparency and effective communication to the leadership team
- Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability within the team and across the organization
Your core competencies
- Work experience as Scrum Master in large international companies
- Experience in applying agile methods (SCRUM, KANBAN) in a corporate set up, especially in the area of facilitation and coaching to guide and motivate the team
- Strong in communication, feel comfortable in handling various different stakeholders from technical and non-technical departments in a stressful and demanding situation
- Analytical competencies to analyze gaps and improvement fields to address challenges and make informed choices
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Sound knowledge of Jira, Confluence
- Sound English skills to communicate with non-technical and technical stakeholders or departments

- Salary: the offered gross yearly salary starts from 60.000,- EUR (basis full-time) excluding overtime, depending on qualification and experience.)
