Scrum Master (f/m/x) for Masterdata Management

The Athena team is responsible to deliver and operate a customer masterdata management solution, serving local and RBI group needs. We enable more than 100 data consumers across RBI Group real-time data access applying state-of-the-art architecture patterns. As this whole set up is in the scaling phase the focus of this role is stakeholder management within Head Office as well as the network units to enable the teams to deliver the requirements.

 Your mission at RBI

  • Act as a scrum master in the cross-functional Athena team, consisting of RBI HO, RBRO and RBHU
  • Coordinate and organize the communication, collaborate across hierarchies with teams in head office and RBI network banks in CEE 
  • Develop and improve concepts around cross-functional and cross-border innovation and delivery
  • Focus on team health, work on impediments and help people to grow within the team
  • Support and coach the Product Owner(s) in planning and prioritizing demands in the central data backlog
  • Travel depending on the need to the network units (max. 5 days per quarter) 


Your core competencies

  • Work experience as Scrum Master or project manager in large international environments
  • Experience with stakeholder management from different areas
  • Experience with SCRUM or other agile methods in corporate set ups
  • Sound knowledge of Jira, Confluence
  • Enable the teams with an analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
  • Fluent in English to collaborate with the CEE units

  • Salary: the offered gross yearly salary starts from 60.000 Euro (basis full-time) excluding overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
