In your role as Scrum Master, you make a crucial contribution to further expand the agile mindset and improve the Scrum process in the team. You will be the point of contact for all team members and will enable them to continuously deliver high quality products and features that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

 Your mission at RBI

  • Foster agile mindset, facilitate and participate in relevant SCRUM ceremonies
  • Create a safe space that supports collaboration, knowledge sharing and a healthy feedback culture
  • Responsible for contributing & steering suitable measures for the further development of agile working practices within the organisation
  • Identify obstacles and actively work towards eliminating them
  • Foster the team's ability to self-organize effectively and assume accountability for the outcomes
  • Take different perspectives, communicate with stakeholders and build bridges with them
  • Coach & mentor other team members & actively hold trainings within the field of Scrum


Your core competencies

  • Professional experience as a Scrum Master (ideally at least three years)
  • Competences with various Agile methods, frameworks and tools, proficient with Atlassian Tools
  • You demonstrate excellent organisational talent, a structured way of working and good problem-solving skills (team, goals, customer)
  • Knowledge of best practices that help the team to reach a sprint goal (like retrospective action items, burn-down or burn-up charts)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Fluent knowledge of English


Nice to have

  • A scrum master certification (CSM, PSM) is beneficial
  • German is appreciated, but not mandatory
