Senior Group IT Governance Expert (f/m)

In order to strengthen our team we are looking for an ambitious and service-oriented IT Governance manager. His/her core activities are to support Group IT Steering activities, set up and maintain Group IT governance and support in IT strategy creation and implementation.

Your tasks:
  • Support the collaboration in Group IT with the goal to raise synergies and allow Group IT to function in an optimized way
  • Manage the relationships with assigned Network Units (NWUs) for IT topics and acts as primary point of contact for respective NWUs
  • Provide regular or ad-hoc information to NWU and to Head Office IT top management
  • Perform the Group IT Steering Process including on-site visits and regular performance dialogue calls between Head Office and NWU IT organizations
  • Support NWUs and group senior management in operationalizing their IT strategies and roadmaps
  • Monitor and further develop the Group IT Governance Framework and Standards
  • Define strategic goals and drive implementation of long-term Group IT strategy especially with focus on Group IT Capability Management

Your qualifications:
  • University degree in a technical or commercial field of study
  • Practical experience in definition and implementation of IT strategy and/or IT Governance
  • Experience in project or program management beneficial
  • Affinity for IT Controlling
  • Excellent command of English as a must, German and/or CEE language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience and ability to communicate at management level
  • Open minded, proactive and service oriented team player
