As Active Directory (AD) Service Manager you are responsible for overseeing the outsourced Active Directory (AD) services. This includes ensuring the availability, security, and efficient operation of all AD services that support the IT infrastructure.

 Your mission at RBI

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and lifecycle of the outsourced Active Directory (AD) infrastructure and ensure high availability and performance of AD services.
  • Manage AD disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
  • Enforce security policies and procedures for managing AD.
  • Coordinate with the security team to implement and maintain AD security measures.
  • Lead and manage initiatives related to the enhancement and upgrade of the AD environment.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to integrate AD services with existing systems and applications.
  • Manage relationship with external AD service provider.


Your core competencies

  • Proven experience working as Service Manager or in a similar role in a large, complex environment.
  • Proven experience with Active Directory technology.
  • Hands-on experience in managing outsourced IT services in a retained organization.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated to stay up-to-date with the latest Active Directory related trends and technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID is a plus.
