We are looking for a

Site Reliability Engineering Team Lead (f/m/x)

As a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Lead you are in charge of managing our SRE team proactively building resilience into our private cloud IT infrastructure, core banking and data warehouse systems. You build and evolve the SRE team.
 

What you can expect:

  • Management of the SRE team, people management
  • Implementing Site Reliability Engineering within the IT department
  • Setting SLOs, SLAs, and SLIs
  • Initiating and leading projects enabling our product engineering teams to run their applications in different environment stages quickly
  • Establishing engineering services for our product engineering teams
  • Improving the incident response process
  • Establishing communication channels to relevant parties
  • Establishing SRE’s four golden signals of monitoring: latency, traffic, errors, saturation
  • Testing the flexibility and resilience of the core banking and data warehouse systems proactively
 

What you bring to the table:

  • University degree in a technical or economic field / proven comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years’ experience in managing a team of multi-talented experts
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Site Reliability Engineering
  • At least 5 years’ experience in agile project management
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management and as representative within an international organization
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • English language skills mandatory, German of advantage
