Social Media Manager (f/m/x)

The DCA & Data (the A stands for Avengers) department is on a mission to transform RBI’s digital marketing and grow our customer base. From mobile marketing, over digital campaigns and product marketing to social media, our natural habitat is the digital universe.

 Your role at RBI

  • You will work closely with different stakeholders within the RBI group to support their social media & content strategy. You will be the driving force in creating impactful content, reporting and community management 
  • You will translate campaigns into meaningful content for our social media community, focusing on both B2C and B2B customers 
  • You will get the chance to create content yourself and be the voice to our customers, contributing to achieving different objectives  
  • You will interact directly with our customers and contribute to shaping our understanding of customers even further 
  • Your analytical approach to Social Media will help foster the synergies of paid and organic posts and allow you to allocate our Social Media spend in the most profitable way 
  • You will join our multicultural team, profiting from insights of other disciplines such as performance marketing, data and digital product marketing and contribute to up our marketing game with your Social Media skills 

Your core competencies

  • Degree in Online Media, Digital Marketing, Marketing or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager and proven track record of managing Social Media accounts 
  • Affinity for Social Media marketing and experience working on and with different Social Media platforms 
  • Understanding of the acquisition funnel for digital products, conversion rates, different conversion actions and tracking digital campaigns & touchpoints 
  • Strategic knowledge of how Social Media ties into the overall (digital) marketing mix is a plus 
  • A creative mind that allows you to drive content strategy and content planning for different channels and stakeholders 
  • Experience in running sponsored posts and savvy navigation in ads manager and related tools 
  • Great analytic skills paired with a fundamental understanding of usability criteria and website evaluation 
  • A curious mind that stays on top of industry standards, trending hashtags and national/international campaigns spanning over various companies focusing on the greater good  
  • First experiences in financial literacy or solid skills in asset management are a plus 
  • Proactivity and the eagerness to learn combined with a data-driven mindset 
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills 
  • Proficiency in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1), both written and spoken
