Software Test (Automation) Engineer (f/m/x)

Our DMS team is looking for a sharp-minded Test Engineer (f/m/x) to join our cross-functional agile team who can help us to reach the next level in creating more and better-quality solutions within our Document Management System platform. In this position you will join a team of 12 professionals working in a SCRUM setup. You will work on the implementation of our archiving strategy and the digitalization of our document related processes.

What you can expect:

  • Definition, development and execution of functional and non-functional automated and manual test cases for software applications und interfaces based on existing business requirements
  • Apply and further develop our test automation strategy
  • Ensure that the knowledge is shared and documented
  • Work in close cooperation with Software Engineers and Business Analysts
  • Opportunity to grow also into other roles of our T-shaped team (business analysis, development, etc.)

What you bring to the table:

  • You convince with experience in manual and automated software testing (3+ years)
  • Adequate technical education (Technical school or University degree)
  • Agile mindset is key
  • Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, VBScript for test automation purposes
  • Knowledge of requirements engineering methods and experience with Document Management Systems (e.g. Doxis4) are a plus
  • Very good command of English; German is appreciated, but not mandatory
