Solution Architect - HR Group Data (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Solution Architect, who is proactive and solution oriented, as part of our Agile HR Team. In this role, you will take a lead role in designing new solutions for HR Group Data on different re-usable components like APIs or Event Architecture. You are not afraid also to touch some of our legacy data delivery processes. You will bridge communication between different stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned in developing and implementing technical solutions to achieve the business goal in a timely and efficient manner.

What you can expect:

  • Understanding HR Business Requirements (specifically data requirements) and be responsible to transform those into real solutions
  • Building Applications on the latest Technologies and modern IT architecture (like Cloud AWS & Azure, Stream Technologies Apache Kafka & Apache Pulsar, APIs, …)
  • Defining blueprints and solution designs, identifying functional blocks in order to achieve the scope
  • Provide order of delivery - decompose functional blocks into meaningful chunks of work fitting into a sprint
  • Support the team with writing user stories of the identified chunks of work
  • Actively support the delivery to the realistic estimations in terms of work to be done, efforts, and timelines
  • Be active part of sprint work, supporting engineers with what is needed to deliver sprint scope
  • Working in a cross functional Team focusing on Solutions Design and Technology Guidance

What you bring to the table:

  • University degree in a technical and/or commercial field of study or proven comparable qualification
  • Very good overview of state-of-the-art IT architecture & technologies in the HR area, hands on experience in either data area or development
  • Familiar with the industry trends and up to date with the latest product offerings
  • Great analytical skills: ability to conceptualize unstructured/raw data and information as well as to derive actionable solutions and strategies
  • You can deliver clear messages to different stakeholders (business, technical, operational, Product owner, Business Anaylsts, Software Engineers, Development Engineers)
  • You are assertive and can clearly voice your thoughts
  • Fluent knowledge of English; German is appreciated, but not mandatory
