The RBI Procurement Team is searching for a „Sourcing Specialist“ who is supporting the Head office Category Managers to determine tailored procurement strategies and ensuring its execution. Your motivation to achieve sustainable cost reductions with a visible impact on the bottom line is the key for this role.

Your mission at RBI
- You will be responsible for the achievement of cost savings targets set for the specific cost category.
- You will support the Group Category Managers to determine and execute the overall procurement strategy for the respective cost category.
- You will work on strategic and tactical cost reduction/cost out programs for the respective cost categories at HQ and Group level.
- You will work on the standardization of products and services across the Group, where value adding and in alignment with effected stakeholders.
- You provide tactical negotiation support to HQ functions and NWU’s and expert input for vendor/product decision.

- You have a deep understanding of global supply markets and their dynamics
- You are experienced in implementing multinational supply contracts
- You are experienced in negotiating
- You have excellent English & German knowledge

- Salary: the offered gross yearly salary starts with 45.000 Euro (basis full-time) excluding overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
