Specialist for International Employees
in Austria (f/m/x)
 
What you can expect:
  • Responsibility for the application and prolongation process for Work- and Residence Permits for our international staff in Austria       
  • Execution of individual foreign employment cases
  • Work and cooperate with Austrian authorities (AMS, MA35) and other internal and external stakeholders (eg. real estate agency)
  • Ensure the smooth integration of international staff in Austria
  • Knowledge transfer within the team of HR Generalists (eg. changes of foreign employment laws)
  • Responsibility for the setup and documentation of Internal Control Processes
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts and other relevant documents for foreign employments in accordance with labor law, Group Directives and Guidelines
  • Enter and maintain employee data for these employees into the HR systems
  • Answer independently employee requests on foreign employment topics in Austria
  • Run reports and ensure compliance with Austrian law
  • Update information on foreign employment on our RBI Intranet pages
  • Work closely with the team of HR Generalists (incl. step-in during times of absence) and the People Services Topic Owner
  • Contact with the People Consultant and participate in daily stand-up meetings
 
What you bring to the table:
  • Deep knowledge of foreign employment law(s) (AuslBG, NAG) 
  • Successfully finished commercial academy (eg. HBLA, HAK) or higher (e.g. bachelor’s in business administration)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position
  • High affinity to details and systems; excellent knowledge of Office 365, ideally SAP HR system
  • Knowledge of Austrian Labor law and Payroll
  • Agile mindset, team player in collaborative set-up, hands-on-mentality and eager to take over responsibility
  • Solution oriented (“getting things done” attitude) and like to work “End2End”
  • Work passionate to ensure excellent Employee Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, other CEE language is an advantage
