Specialized Lending Support Manager (f/m/x)


As  Specialized Lending Support Manager you will be responsible for the loan administration and smooth execution and monitoring of financing transactions for the corporate finance division.   
 
You will be a valuable contributor to the successful execution of financing transactions for the departments Leveraged Acquisition Finance, Project Structured Finance and Real Estate Finance and be responsible for the administration of loans (bilateral as well as syndicated loans) from initiation throughout final maturity.

 Your role at RBI

  • Processing of loans for multinational companies and handling of payment details in our databases 
  • Smooth administration of all loan aspects including bookings, payments, refinancings, interest rate fixings, fees, rollovers, notices, tasks at due dates etc.  
  • Close collaboration with product managers of the division will be your daily business 
  • You will interact/coordinate with both, internal stakeholders (product sales and relationship managers, account opening, treasury, syndication and compliance) as well as external parties (customers, agents, sub-participants) 
  • You will be a point of contact for all administrative matters of your transaction portfolio


Your core competencies

  • Completed business school (HAK et al.) with work experience in banking and/or finance or university degree in Business Administration, Law or similar  
  • Experience in Loan Administration or Credit Management  
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office 365 
  • Excellent command of German and English; CEE language skills are an advantage
