Student Job (f/m/x) - IT Delivery Limit Management & Risk Processing (20-25 h/week)

The IT Delivery Risk processing department deals with customer data calculating risk figures for our business departments. You are interested in monitoring activities and reporting and are available from June 2023 until you finish your studies? Then keep on reading!

We are looking for a motivated student (f/m/x) to support us with our daily tasks and innovations.

• Support our application & service manager and in their daily tasks
• Support for operations: monitoring community and support channels
• Create, manage, and distribute reports (regular or ad hoc reports)
• Support the users of our applications via knowledge base or ticketing tool
• Create and manage process descriptions according framework specifications
• Automating process steps and tool workflows (can include programming)
• Being part of the broad CEE network with regular contact to counterparties in the network units  
• Innovative environment encouraging you to actively take part in new initiatives
• IT@RBI: you will work in an informal but professional team and in an innovative environment on the pulse of time

Your profile

• You are an active student with a focus on Software development, business administration, project management or IT in general
• Fluent knowledge of English; German is appreciated, but not mandatory
• Very good knowledge of Office applications (Excel, …)
• You have hands-on experience with database technologies (SQL) and base programming skills (Java, Phyton)
• Working knowledge with Jira and Confluence is appreciated, but not mandatory
• You are a team player with strategic thinking and a hands-on approach
