Student Job (f/m/x) – Inhouse IT-Consultant with Programming Skills (20-25h/week)

We are building a Data Catalog (=Metadata Management Solution) for the RBI group and are searching for a communicative student with AWS cloud experience and programming skills who helps us overcoming the initial challenges and stabilize the application. These Tasks are waiting for you:
  • You operate and customize our Data Catalog
  • You support developing interfaces to our product in Python (Webservice)
  • You support scripting and automation of product deployments and infrastructure
  • You provide support to users of the product
  • You are in exchange with our international partners to increase the value of our solution
  • You are working in a multi-cultural team   

We are looking for someone who…
  • Has an ongoing studies in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar technical studies
  • Has hands-on programming skills in Python, web development (especially API development)
  • Has hands-on Linux skills (console, bash) (mandatory), preferred in an AWS environment
  • Has hands-on experience with database technologies and SQL knowledge
  • Is interested in new technology (AWS, Machine Learning) and willingness to learn new things
  • Is fluent in English, German is appreciated
