Raiffeisen Tech: Demand Management Lead (f/m/x)

The Demand Management Lead channels requests from the RBI Group to our delivery centers in Romania, Kosovo, and Poland, ensuring efficient coordination and strategic alignment. This role also facilitates customer management, procurement processes, intra-group contracting, invoicing, and overdue payments collection. 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Act as the primary liaison for demand requests from all RBI Group entities. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels. 

• Analyze and prioritize requests to optimize resource allocation. 

• Collaborate with delivery centers to ensure timely and effective demand fulfillment. 

• Orchestrates and leads different initiatives to improve demand management and overall functionality of the company processes and governance. 

• Ensures internal customer relationship management and satisfaction. 

• Manage and oversee demand management activities, including facilitating procurement and contracting processes to ensure efficient and effective operations. 

• Prepare and present reports on demand activities and outcomes.

• Empathetic and able to engage diverse audiences, at different organizational levels, and across multiple cultures. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Proven track record in demand management or a similar role, with experience in facilitating procurement and contracting processes. 

• Fluent in English, with German proficiency preferred.
