(Junior) Fund Administration Specialist (f/m/x)

Group Prime Services (GPS) oversees Custody, Fund Administration, and Brokerage services within the RBI Group. As (Junior) Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for handling daily business operations related to Fund Administration. The team’s tasks include NAV calculation, sourcing of valuation data, and reporting for investment funds. You will support the team in delivering high-quality services to our clients and contribute to the smooth running of our product.  If you are detail-oriented and eager to develop your skills in Fund Administration, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.

 

Your mission:

  • Investment fund accounting
  • Fund price calculation
  • Approval of valuation prices according to defined valuation guidelines
  • Fee calculation, daily accrual, and payment of fees for managed investment funds
  • Preparation of regulatory reports
  • Monitoring interfaces between RBI systems or external data sources and XENTIS (fund accounting system)
  • Support with release testing 

 

Your core competencies:

  • High School graduation 
  • Relevant professional experience in banking/back-office and experience with investment funds is an advantage
  • Very good German and good English skills; Slovak language skills are a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Analytical thinking, commitment, self-motivation, willingness to innovate, and teamwork

  • Competitive salary: In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 2981,98 gross per month under the applicable Banking Collective Agreement. The actual salary is typically higher and will be determined individually based on your qualifications, professional experience, and the specific requirements of the role.
